Getting started
Pick the scenario that matches your situation right now. Optionally choose a soundscape to add an ambient layer. Follow the steps in order using the built-in timer.

Headphones
Binaural beats (under 50 Hz) require headphones to work. The beat is created by the difference between the left and right ear frequencies. Solfeggio tones (174 Hz and above) work through speakers too.

Soundscapes
Soundscapes add a gentle ambient texture underneath the frequency audio. They play continuously throughout your routine at low volume. You can adjust the soundscape volume independently using the gold slider at the top of your routine.

Custom builder
Scroll past the scenario cards to find Build your own routine. Choose your own frequencies and durations for a fully personalised session.

Volume
Start low and build gradually. Your brain responds to the frequency difference, not the volume. Too loud will keep you alert rather than helping you settle.
